Payment Options

We are pleased to be able to provide the service of filing a claim with your insurance company and forwarding any remaining patient balance if your insurance company determines there to be one. We do need this information prior to your appointment to make sure that we can verify insurance benefits, authorization/referral requirements, and be able to properly process your claim. If you have any specific insurance or eligibility questions, please feel free to contact the office. Please allow up to 2 business days for research about your plan. We gladly accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Care Credit.
